Your Volunteer Hours
When you volunteer for a CONvergence department, make sure you check in and check out with folks running the department. They will ask for your badge number and name to log your hours for you.
When you want to check your volunteer hours, you can drop by Volunteers HQ on the 2nd floor of the Hyatt Regency. Volunteer HQ staff can let you know which hours have been logged, and help you redeem your Volunteer Thank-You Gifts!
Please note there may be a delay in getting your hours loaded into the system if the department you volunteered with was particularly busy while you were there. Have no fear; Volunteers HQ is here to help resolve any issues.
