Fan Tables

Fan tables are available to fan groups, clubs, and organizations in the local community to showcase their group or event during the convention. Fan Tables are a great opportunity to promote, recruit new members, raise awareness, and do community outreach!


Fan Table Hours

  • Thursday 2:00pm – 7:00pm
  • Friday 10:00am – 6:00pm
  • Saturday 10:00am – 6:00pm
  • Sunday 10:00am – 4:00pm

Request a Fan Table

Organizations can request a gratis fan table for single days or for the entire convention. Fan Tables are located throughout the convention, including the hall outside the Dealer’s Room, and sprinkled on the second and fourth floors. Most fan tables are located in publicly-accessible areas of the Hyatt Regency, and do not require CONvergence badges to visit or to staff.

Fan tables include:

  • A 6′ table in your assigned location with a table covering
  • Two chairs
  • CONvergence badges for up to four people to attend the convention when not at the table

Fan Tables are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to organizations whose purpose best aligns with CONvergence’s values. Selling items or services is not permitted at Fan Tables, except for tickets to your event and your organization’s branded merch.
