There is one thing that remains consistent across all alternate realities: registering for CONvergence early saves you money that you can later budget for things like the CONvergence Art Show, Artists Alley, the GPS Charity Auction, and Dealers Room!
This is your reminder that the The CONvergence 2022 Registration rate for adults (18+) will increase from $95 to the at-the-door rate of $125 after Wednesday, June 15, 2022.
You have until Midnight on Wednesday to get your CONvergence 2022 membership at a lower price!
This includes the special joint registration rate with 2D Con. When you register for both 2022 conventions at the same time before Midnight on June 15, you will save $5 off your registration for each convention.
After you register for CONvergence 2022, don’t forget to remind your friends about the upcoming price increase! Plus, if you are planning to be there, they probably will want to know that!
CONvergence 2022 At-Con Shirt Now Available
Your reality may vary, but only if you do/don’t get the CONvergence 2022 mid-year shirt, available in two colors! This year, we are running a campaign where you can order your mid-year shirt online by June 29, 2022 and have it portaled directly to your home (most likely via USPS.)

COVID-19 Safety Information
Due to the ever-evolving conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic in Minnesota, it is hard to know far in advance what decisions to make with regard to health and safety for CONvergence 2022. Regardless, we feel it is important to set some guidelines now because we know many of you are looking for clarity before you commit to attending.
CONvergence 2022 COVID-19 Policies
- Attendees will be required to show proof they are fully vaccinated and up to date with COVID-19 vaccination prior to entry. We will be defining “fully vaccinated” and “up to date” following the chart provided by the CDC at the time of CONvergence 2022. A CDC card (or a photo of a CDC card on your phone) is best, but any official electronic or printed documentation that you have been vaccinated will be accepted. Note: This may prohibit attendance of children under 5 years old.
- Attendees will be required to wear a mask covering their nose and mouth in all public areas unless they are actively eating or drinking. If you have questions about what sorts of masks are acceptable, we direct you to the CDC guidelines for face covering.
- At this time, there is no cap on membership for CONvergence 2022.
The trajectory of the pandemic will require us to remain flexible, and these policies will be subject to review as the convention draws closer. Right now, we do not expect them to change.
We are also creating policies that will allow for reasonable accommodation due to verifiable health or accessibility needs. These requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Party Application Deadlines
New party room suites have become available for hosting parties at CONvergence 2022. The deadline for applying to host a party has thus been extended to June 28th, to give everyone the opportunity to hold your party in one of these suites!
The application for mobile parties is also still open until July 31, 2022. A mobile party is any person or group approved by CONvergence to offer an attraction, service, entertainment, activity, game, or refreshments but is considered “mobile” because it is not tied down to a specific room like room parties. Some wander around completely mobile, some are stationary, and some pop-up temporarily in different places.
