The DoubleTree by Hilton
Email confirmations should all be sent by April 25th, 2015. If you have not received a confirmation by April 25th, please contact Hotel Room Allocations.
You must guarantee your DoubleTree by Hilton reservation with a credit card by June 15, 2015 in order to secure your room.
The Sheraton Bloomington
Email confirmations will begin to be sent this week. If you have not received a confirmation by April 25th, please contact Hotel Room Allocations.
You must guarantee your Sheraton Bloomington reservation with a credit card within 7 days of receiving your email confirmation in order to secure your room.
Crowne Plaza
Email confirmations will begin to be sent this week. If you have not received a confirmation by April 25th, please contact Hotel Room Allocations.
You must guarantee your Crowne Plaza reservation with a credit card within 14 days of receiving your email confirmation in order to secure your room.
