Parenting Room

Need a space at CONvergence to feed your infant or toddler, change diapers, or express milk? Then the Parenting Room located in suite 4102 is just what you’re looking for! Parents and caregivers with infants, young children, children with special needs, or those who need to express milk, are welcome in the Parenting Room.

Parenting Room Hours

  • Thursday 4:00pm – 9:00pm
  • Friday 10:00am – 9:00pm
  • Saturday 10:00am – 9:00pm
  • Sunday 10:00am – 5:00pm

Rules

Please be aware of the following rules for CONvergence’s Parenting Room.

  • The Parenting Room is open to parents and caregivers with infants, young children, or children with special needs, and anyone needing to express milk.
  • All guests over the age of three must follow CONvergence’s masking requirements while in the Parenting Room.
  • All children must be supervised at all times.
  • Do not lock the door for any reason.
  • Clean up after yourself and your children.
  • Be respectful of others using the room.

Private Lactation Room

While you are welcome to pump or nurse in CONvergence’s Parenting Room, there is also a private room available 24 hours per day for those who need a place to pump or nurse during the convention. The Lactation Room is located on the second floor of the Hyatt Regency, in the Hennepin room. It features chairs, table, a water station, and cups.

For access to the private Lactation Room, simply head to First Advisors in the Hiawatha Room and ask to check out the room key.
