Aside from all the fun extra things to do and see at CONvergence, there's also a couple of things that you really need to do in order to make your convention experience complete. Amenities are the "necessities" of CONvergence; a room to stay in, a registration badge to get you into events, food and drink to nourish your body, and caffeine to help keep you awake to enjoy it all.

COF2E2

Cof2e2 is the 24-hour coffee lounge run by CONvergence. It offers a full service espresso bar, as well as milk steamers, tea, and a comfy place to enjoy them. It even has decaf, so stop by any time! Sip on your beverage of choice while listening to live music, or simply relax and soak up the atmosphere with a friend.

Consuite

Your one stop place to play board games, socialize, fill up on caffeinated beverages, and most importantly, curb your munchies attacks. Consuite is definitely one of the more popular pit stops at CONVergence for many a weary attendee.

Hotel

CONvergence will be held once again at the Sheraton Hotel South in Bloomington, MN. We love the Sheraton for several reasons: its space is ideal for our needs, they're willing to work with us to make every convention a success, and last but not least, because they love us as well. Avoid staggering home after a day filled with convention fun and excitement by renting a room in the Sheraton!

Operations

Just as the X-Men have Xavier to keep things going, CONvergence has Operations. The Operations Bridge is the central station/communications network for all CONvergence functions and Ops Wandering Hosts can always be found...well, wandering...through the convention (you can't miss 'em in those purple and green vests!). You can also call the Bridge at x7215 and ask for a Wandering Host to be dispatched to specific location.

Registration

As with any good convention, the first step towards the convention itself is registering for it to let us know you're coming. CONvergence offers adult and child registration, as well as supporting memberships. Rates go up as the convention draws nigh, so register today!
