CONvergence 2010 is behind us and one of the chief things on everyone’s mind is: How do I get a room for 2011?

We will be repeating the on-line room request process used this past year for CONvergence 2011. This means that - in early October, our room request system will go online - watch this page for the actual address. Once we are on-line, follow the links as needed to the request system, and put in your request for 2011. Be sure to make note of the request receipt number the system will generate, and be sure to click "Submit" once you are done.

As usual, there is a maximum of 2 requests per person, and EACH room requested must requested separately, or you cannot use one request to reserve 2 rooms.

There are zero smoking rooms in the Sheraton, so no need to request a non- smoking room as they all are non-smoking, and no need to request a smoking room because there are none.
